The oil-flaking pieces/cakes from the oilseed pretreatment plant are sent to the oil solvent extraction plant. A specific oil extractor adopts The solid-liquid extraction method to achieve full contact between the solvent and the oil, making the cooking oil fully dissolved and extracted. The miscella and wet meal extracted from the flaking cakes are sent to the mixed oil evaporation and wet meal desolvation systems respectively.     The Main Section Of The Cooking Oil Extraction Plant

    3. Cooking Oil Solvent Extraction Section

    Objective: Extract the remaining oil from pre-pressed cakes or directly from prepared oilseeds. The pretreated oilseed materials are mixed with a solvent (typically hexane) which dissolves the oil. The mixture is then separated into oil and solvent.

The oil-solvent mixture is heated to evaporate the solvent, which is then condensed and reused. Pure oil is collected after solvent removal. An automatic PLC control system is adopted for the control of evaporating temperature and vacuum level, ensuring system stability and reliability.     5. Wet Meal Desolventizing and Toasting Section

    Objective: Remove the solvent from the extracted meal and improve its quality for use as animal feed.
    Evaporate the solvent from the wet meal using heat. The meal is also toasted to improve its nutritional value and make it suitable for animal feed. Main equipment: DTDC Desolventizer and Toaster
