Extract ferulic acid from oil meal.
In Japan, water, sodium hydroxide, and isopropyl alcohol would be added to the meal. Then heat, hydrolyze and cool to remove the N-hexane solutes. And you would get the ferulic acid precipitation in the acid condition. The final step is to refine. Ferulic acid has a strong antioxidant effect which can prevent oil and juice oxidation.

After crushing peanut meal, soak it in hydrochloric acid, and then add alkali to neutralization. Filter, add nucleotide, flavor substances of chicken oil, glucose, cysteine, heat and dry in the condition of 110℃ to get powder freshness agents which are fresher than ordinary monosodium glutamate.
